Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on the destination and the items in the order. Tracking is emailed after a carrier accepts the shipment. Delivery estimates do not include carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect address information.

RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging. Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Contact Night Yard through the store contact form as soon as possible and include the order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected. Bank processing times vary. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
